We offer free shipping on all items over $500 and select other items to the continental United States via one of our standard shipping carriers. Items with free shipping below $500 indicate the free shipping in their product listings; this is most common in our rugs section but can be found throughout the site.
Shipping charges for items without free shipping can be determined by adding the item to your shopping cart. The shipping is displayed next to each item in the cart.
Expedited shipping can be set up for customers on a request basis for an additional charge. Surcharges will apply to customers in Hawaii and Alaska, please contact us for more information on this arrangement.
Why do we have this policy? We offer free shipping on these more expensive items so that our customers can see the total price up front, while still maintaining a competitive price on the products that sell for less than $500. This way we can assure our customers that there are no hidden costs so they know the price they will be paying for the high quality items we sell.
